DESCRIPTION

Conducted entirely by Carver Center’s Unity Group, this workshop will empower young men in grades 6th – 8th to take on leadership roles. Groups will explore modern ideas of leadership and masculinity as people of color, and enjoy a meal prepared by the Unity members.  Group workshop topics include: 

1. Racial Stereotypes in America
2. Aggression/Conflict Resolution
3. Relationship with Self and Others
