He exemplifies consistent professionalism and leadership qualities and is backed by a verifiable record of achievement. Gustavo has head chef as well as executive chef experience, and has worked with several upscale establishments. He also has expertise in catering, training and development, and maximizing kitchen productivity and staff performance. He has held positions at Tamarack Country Club, the Fresh Air Fund, Ramaz Upper School, Country House Retirement Home, Manhattanville College and Abigail Kirsch. Gustavo is the chef for Youth Programs and is makes sure every child has a warm full meal before heading home.
